Situated on North Front Street adjacent to the El, the design of 1440 North Front Street takes its inspiration from the industrial vocabulary of the El support structure.  The all metal facade is a kit of parts with beveled aluminum channels forming a grid across the facade and it's large loft-like windows.  On the ground floor blue channels frame the tall windows with chamfered corners.
