Located in Philadelphia’s Fairmount neighborhood, this mixed-use building blends rustic and modern design elements. The new four-story structure was designed to compliment the surrounding historic neighborhood. Using brick detailing, loft-style windows and salvaged steel lintels, CANNOdesign created a new building with a distinct identity.
